| I don't know what Matt's talking about, but he must have meant a host other than LFC. Although I've only recently come to LFC, I've had no problems with their service. Whenever I call, a live person's always snwered the phone (unlike other hosts I've been with). If I need support, I can get an almost immediate answer via their live support (during business hours) through their ticket-based support system. Whenever I've needed something setup or a question answered, they've always been very helpful in getting it done or resolving the issue. If I weren't an LFC reseller, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my clients. |

| The technical support at LFC is simply unsurpassed. Questions are answered very promptly by knowledgeable technical support personnel. In the several months I have been with them, there have been no unplanned outages, and customers are notified well in advance of scheduled downtime.
This is the place to be for Cold Fusion development. Your CFM modules will immediately be recognized with little to no required configuration. SQL Server 2000 is used as the back-end, and is also set up very quickly, with little to no hassle.
I have tried several other hosts, but all have come up lacking in one or more areas. LFC Hosting has yet to disappoint me. |

| Found this company on referral from a friend and I must admit they have lived up to my expectations. It's hard to believe in this world of seemingly limitless unreliable web hosting - a company actually exists that can truly be called the DREAM hosting company. I recommend them constantly and often without compensation. I just feel so strongly about taking care of people i care about that I feel confident in telling them to host with LFC. In the year or so I have been a customer I've experienced one inconvenient downtime incident and teh system was back up in no time at all. Since then I have seen thorough and complete efforts to inform o ffuture unavoidable downtime instances and very cery helpful staff when i had issues or needed help. If a better company exists I'd be surprised.

| LFC Hosting has offered me more flexibility than my previous hosts.
I was looking for a host that would allow me outside linking to pics as well as the ability to run cgi, php and have a chat room.
They allow all that with no problems and their support is superior.
They offer email, live chat and toll free telephone support and are always fast and courteous.
I would recommend this host to my friends and family without worry. They have been great!

| I did a lot of research before signing on in 1998. They were affordable and with all the features I wanted and more. Every time I've had a question or concerns they've responded quickly and satisfactorily. 5 domains with 35 POP e-mails for each with one account! |

| I have been with LFC hosting for 6 months, and I cannot praise my host enough. The staff members are dealing with all matters in a highly professional way.These people are not only giving you what you pay for, they go that extra mile to keep their customers happy, sometimes much more than that extra mile. You would think that, for service like this, you will pay much more, which is not at all the case. I have been with other hosts in the past and believe me, I cannot even mention them in the same catogory...
By being hosted by LFC you are not doing them a favour, you are doing yourself the biggest favour ever! |

| I've never found a Hosting Provider so commited to service as LFC Hosting. From my experienced standpoint (I worked from 1997 to 1999 as key account manager for CTV-UNI2 - the leading spanish ISP and Hosting Provider), I know how difficult it is sometimes to provide high quality standards in service, and I feel impressed about the way LFC has managed my requests. At this moment I was browsing their technical FAQ while feeling so excited about the easy way things can be done by using their services. |
